Your watches, ready when you are.
An automatic watch stops when it is not worn. LE Gardien keeps two of them gently in motion — on time when you pick them up, and displayed like they matter.
A little history
The self-winding watch is usually credited to the Swiss watchmaker Abraham-Louis Perrelet, around 1770: his watches wound themselves with the movements of the wearer. Rolex made the principle mainstream in 1931 with its “Perpetual” rotor. Watch winders came later, for collectors who own more watches than wrists.
