Shipping Policy

Clear timelines, tracked parcels, no surprises.

1. Where we ship from

Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Hong Kong.

2. Delivery time

Please allow 15 to 21 days between your order and delivery. This includes preparing your order and transit. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs checks or carrier disruptions can occasionally add a few days.

3. Shipping costs

Free shipping on orders from €215. Below that amount, shipping costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout, before you pay.

4. Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Packaging

Every RG piece is packed with care, in RG packaging.

6. Duties & import taxes

Because orders ship from Hong Kong, they may be subject to import VAT, duties or carrier fees in your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We never mark orders as gifts or under-declare their value.

7. Lost or damaged in transit

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date, with your order number and, where possible, photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
