Return Policy

1. 14 days to change your mind

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a ready-to-wear piece — enough time to try it at home, with your own wardrobe.

Not sure about a size? Read the size and fit notes on the product page, or write to us before ordering. We would rather help you choose well than process a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unwashed, in the condition in which it arrived
• With its original tags and packaging
• Sent back within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date

2. How to return

1. Write to us first at raganaapparel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We send you the return address and instructions within 48 hours.
3. Pack the item carefully and ship it. Return postage is at your expense; we recommend a tracked service.
4. We inspect it and confirm within a few business days of receiving it.

3. Refunds & exchanges

Once your return is approved, you can choose a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for another size or piece (subject to availability), or store credit. Refunds are issued within 14 days of approval.

4. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, the responsibility is ours. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

5. Bespoke pieces

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, which we will repair or remake at no cost.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
