Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. About Us

RG (raganaapparel.store) is an independent menswear brand based in Hong Kong (SAR). You can contact us at raganaapparel@gmail.com. By accessing or using this website, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue any product at any time. Images and descriptions are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour may occur due to screens and photographic conditions.

Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailability; any payment will then be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Hong Kong. Estimated delivery time is 15 to 21 days. Shipping is free from €215; below that, shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the destination; where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn and in their original condition, for a refund, an exchange or store credit. Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Bespoke & Made-to-Order

Bespoke requests are handled by private consultation only. A bespoke order is final once production has begun, following written confirmation by both parties. RG may decline a request without justification.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this website (text, photographs, graphics, logos and design) belongs to RG or its licensors. It may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Privacy & Cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
